Lucac is a small Florida studio, led by Alex. We build websites and fix the listings people use to find you, for independent practices and owner-run businesses across Florida.

18years in construction first

Before Lucac, Alex spent 18 years in construction. The habit he brought with him is simple: measure first, then cut. We check what’s actually there before we touch it, and we check it again before we hand it over.

That habit turned out to matter more online than we expected. Most small businesses don’t need a fancier website as much as they need the basics to be right: one name, one phone number, the real hours, everywhere a customer or patient looks. So that’s where we start.

We’re not an agency. You work directly with Alex, the scope is written down before anything starts, and we won’t sell you something we can’t deliver well.

How we work

  • Email first. Most clients never need a call; if you want one, we’ll have one.
  • Everything in writing: scope, price, timeline, and who owns what.
  • We use AI to work faster, and Alex reviews every piece of work before you see it.
  • Facts about your business come from you, confirmed in writing, never copied from another site.
  • Accessible and fast by default: every site is built to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard.

What we won’t do

  • Promise rankings, a number of leads, or a number of patients. Nobody can honestly promise those.
  • Build anything that collects patient information for a medical practice.
  • Take over sprawling plugin stacks or legacy databases we can’t stand behind.
  • Write fake reviews, or sell “accessibility overlay” widgets that don’t fix anything.
  • Take on more monthly clients than we can look after properly.

Tavares, Florida. We work remotely with practices and businesses across the state, from Gainesville and Orlando to Lake County and South Florida. Areas served.
