I built this because I needed it too.

I spent 18 years in construction. I know what it's like to be on a roof at 2pm and realize you forgot to send that quote. I know what it's like to lose a $3,000 job because some kid with a better Google listing showed up first. I know what it's like to check your phone at the end of the day and see four missed calls you'll never get back.

Every other tech company selling to contractors is run by developers who've never held a wrench. They build what they think you need. I build what I know you need — because I needed it too.

That's why I started Lucac LLC. Not because I wanted to be a tech company. Because I got tired of watching good tradespeople lose money to problems that have solutions.

I'm one person, not an agency. That means you talk to the person doing the work, the scope is honest, and I won't sell you something I can't deliver well.

Why I built this

Lucac LLC was built to help businesses save time, clean up messy systems, and get set up with practical technology that makes daily work easier. I care about clear communication, useful systems, and helping companies respond faster without adding unnecessary complexity.

What I don't build

  • Sprawling WordPress plugin stacks held together with workarounds
  • Complex legacy databases I can't stand behind
  • "Guaranteed leads" promises — I build systems that capture and route inquiries, but no one can guarantee customers
  • More Managed Systems clients than I can actually support well
