Inherited a mess? We'll audit it before we touch it.
Existing website, automation stack, chatbot, or email setup that someone else built — and now you need it to actually work? We do a paid audit before taking responsibility.
What it covers
- Current website — structure, speed, mobile, and what's broken
- Hosting — where it lives and whether that's costing you
- DNS records — what's pointed where, and what's misconfigured
- Email setup — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, so your mail lands instead of going to spam
- Contact forms — whether they work and where the leads actually go
- Chatbot — what it says, what it promises, and what it leaks
- Automations — what's running, what's silently failing, and what nobody documented
- Google Business Profile — accuracy, completeness, and visibility
- Known risks — security gaps, expired services, single points of failure
- What to fix first — a prioritized list, not a 40-page report nobody reads

If you just want a quick read on lead capture — what's costing you customers right now — we offer a free 10-minute audit. No takeover commitment. It's a smaller scope than the full audit: we look at how leads come in and where they fall through, and tell you the one or two things worth fixing first.
Why we charge for the full audit
A real audit takes two to three hours of senior time — tracing DNS, reading automations someone else wrote, checking what the chatbot actually says to your customers, and finding the risks nobody told you about. The deliverable is worth more than the fee: you walk away knowing exactly what you own, what's broken, and what to do about it — whether or not you hire us for the fix.
What happens after the audit
- A written report you can keep — in plain language, not jargon
- A prioritized fix list — what's urgent, what can wait, what's optional
- An optional quote for the work, if you want us to do it
You're never locked in. The audit stands on its own. If you take the report and fix things yourself or hand it to someone else, that's a fine outcome.
When we won't take it over
Honesty up front: some systems aren't a fit for us. We don't untangle sprawling WordPress plugin stacks, and we don't take on complex legacy databases held together with workarounds. If your setup is one of those, the audit will say so plainly and point you toward someone better suited — instead of taking your money and getting stuck.
The audit is the safe first step either way. You learn what you've got before you commit a dollar to fixing it.
