Who we are

Lucac LLC is a digital systems shop based in Tavares, Lake County, Central Florida. You can reach us at contact@lucacllc.com.

What we collect

  • Contact form data — your name, email, phone, business name, message, and what you tell us you need.
  • Chat widget data — the messages you type into the website intake assistant.
  • Automatic data — your IP address, browser, and the page you visited. Used for security and, if analytics is installed, basic usage stats.

How we use it

  • Reply to your inquiry.
  • Provide quotes and services if you become a client.
  • Send follow-up emails — you can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
  • Improve the site.

Who we share with

We use a small number of trusted third-party services (subprocessors) to run the site and respond to you:

  • Vercel — web hosting.
  • Resend — email sending.
  • Groq — the chatbot AI. Messages you send to the assistant are sent to Groq's API to generate a reply.
  • Future tools — an analytics provider and a CRM tool may be added later. They'll be disclosed here when they are.

We do not sell your data

Lucac LLC does not sell your personal data to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

We keep cookies and tracking minimal. If we add analytics, it will be listed above and a cookie notice will appear.

AI disclosure

The website intake assistant is an AI chatbot (Groq, llama-3.3-70b). It can make mistakes. For critical questions, please get a human answer — email Alex directly at contact@lucacllc.com.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@lucacllc.com and we'll handle it.

Data retention

  • Inquiries: kept up to 2 years unless you request deletion sooner.
  • Client records: kept up to 7 years for legal and tax reasons.

Children

This site and our services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
