How we work

How we work

Plain steps from your first message to launch — no surprises, no fluff. The same process whether you need a site, a chatbot, or a full systems takeover.

1. Inquiry

You tell us what's costing you time or leads — through the contact form or a quick call. No long discovery deck required. Just describe the problem in plain terms: missed calls, a slow site, leads that go cold, an automation that someone else set up and nobody understands.

2. Fit check

A quick 10-minute audit, free. We look at what you have and tell you honestly whether we can help. If it's not a fit — too big, too small, or outside what we do well — we say so and point you somewhere useful instead of selling you something that won't work.

3. Written scope

Before any work starts, you get it in writing: exact deliverables, timeline, price, and what's in and out of scope. You sign off on that scope before we touch anything. No verbal "we'll figure it out as we go" — the document is the agreement.

4. Access & kickoff

We collect what we need to build: logins, brand assets, photos, and any content you already have. If you don't have something, we'll tell you what matters and what doesn't — you don't need a polished brand kit to get started.

5. Build

We build it. You get progress checkpoints along the way so there are no month-long silences and no surprise reveal at the end. If something needs a decision from you, we ask early rather than guessing.

6. Review & QA

You review the work and we revise it — revisions are included in the scope you signed. Before anything goes live, we test it on mobile and across multiple browsers, because most of your customers are on a phone and it has to work there first.

7. Launch

We ship it and monitor closely through the first week. Launch is the moment most things break — DNS, email, forms, redirects — so that's exactly when we're watching, not when we disappear.

8. Handoff Pack

You get documentation, logins, and a short training walkthrough so your team owns what we built. Nothing is locked behind us. If you ever want to take it elsewhere or run it yourself, you can.

9. Optional Care

If you'd rather we keep things running, pick a care plan. Updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, and small improvements handled monthly — so you stay focused on the actual work instead of babysitting your tech.

Out of scope work — new features, major rebuilds, redesigns — is quoted separately before any work begins. No surprise invoices.

Start where it makes sense — small.
