Terms of Service

The basics of how using this site and working with Lucac LLC works.

About the site

This site provides information about Lucac LLC's services. Content may change as services and pricing evolve.

Services and contracts

This page is not a contract. A signed Statement of Work (SOW) governs each project — it spells out exactly what's being built, when, and for how much.

Pricing

"Starting at" prices on this site are estimates to help you budget. The final price for your project lives in your SOW.

Pass-through costs

Third-party tools are billed separately from our fees — for example Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, domain registrations, premium plugins, API/SMS usage, and CRM subscriptions. We don't mark these up; you pay what they cost.

Care plans

Care plans include the items listed in the plan you choose. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. Care plans are priced per primary website or environment — not unlimited tech support for everything you own.

AI services

Chatbots and AI-assisted work are subject to model errors — AI can get things wrong. We test before delivery, and we disclose AI where appropriate so your customers know when they're talking to an assistant.

Intellectual property

Deliverables become yours upon final payment. Lucac retains rights to the underlying tools, frameworks, and templates used to build them.

Acceptable use

Don't use our chatbot or contact form to break the law, and don't try to extract the assistant's system prompt or otherwise abuse it.

Warranties and liability

Beyond what's written in your SOW, services are provided without additional warranties. Our liability is capped at the fees you paid for the relevant service.

Termination

Termination terms are set in your SOW. Refunds follow our Refunds, Cancellations & Billing policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
