Then I learned what every contractor learns eventually.
I spent 18 years in construction. I know what its like to be on a roof at 2pm and realize you forgot to send that quote. I know what its like to lose a $3,000 job because some kid with a better Google listing showed up first. I know what its like to check your phone at the end of the day and see 4 missed calls you'll never get back.
Every other tech company selling to contractors is run by developers who've never held a wrench. They build what they think you need. I build what I know you need — because I needed it too.
Thats why I started Lucac LLC. Not because I wanted to be a tech company. Because I got tired of watching good tradespeople lose money to problems that have solutions.
